Prof Singh was recommended to my wife by a close after she had fractured her upper left arm and was unhappy about the care she had received at the local NHS A&E. Prof Singh took the trouble to access her X rays and then phoned my wife to listen to her concerns, answer her questions, explain the treatment protocol and period of recovery. This was very important for my wife to hear as she was in extreme pain and this was exacerbated by worrying that she had not had the best treatment thus far. My wife then went to see Prof Singh at a private KIMS hospital where he noticed that the collar and cuff had not been positioned correctly for the type of injury she had sustained. He made adjustments to it and my wife instantly felt considerably more comfortable. Prof Singh is a truly excellent orthopaedic consultant in upper arm and shoulder injuries and my wife feels very fortunate to have received his expert care.

I was recently referred to Prof Singh for the second time by BUPA, and I was very pleased to know that he would be taking care of my injury. As with the last time I consulted him, he was polite, professional and retains his way of putting you at ease. He listens to questions and never makes you feel silly if you don't fully understand everything. He takes time to explain medical jargon in less confusing terms to ensure that you are fully aware of what the issue is, and all the options available to you. Always making sure that he does the best reassure you, after my consultation I am assured he is doing his best to make sure I am comfortable and my pain has been addressed before surgery can take place. I know I am in safe hands and would highly recommend Prof.Singh .

I was most impressed with Professor Singh’s professionalism and pleasant approach throughout my stay in hospital and at subsequent appointments. Not only was the surgery a great success, but he took his time to engage with me at all times and gave me confidence that everything was well managed, including the physio therapy during recovery. I would have every confidence in going back to Professor Singh in the future.
